Monthly Zoom Coaching Sessions
The active CARE Training group will receive biweekly emails and monthly coaching sessions during this school year.
Monthly Zoom coaching sessions will be held December through April. Each session includes one hour of relaxation with CARE practices to help you take good care of yourself!
