Jennifer Frank

Dr. Jennifer L. Frank, PhD is an Associate Professor of Special Education and School Psychology in the Department of Educational Psychology, Counseling, and Special Education in the College of Education and affiliate of the Bennett-Pierce Prevention Research Center and Social Sciences Research Institute at the Pennsylvania State University. She also serves as director of the Laboratory for School-Based Prevention at Penn State. Dr. Frank will head the PSU team and cooperatively lead the project with Andrew Roach. She will plan, supervise, and execute data management.
