Welcome to Cultivating Awareness and Resilience in Education (CARE) for Special Educators! The CARE professional development program helps teachers find enjoyment in their profession and effectively manage daily classroom stress. Special education teachers face a variety of unique challenges and stressors throughout the school day. The CARE for Special Educators research project provides special education teachers with tools and strategies for wellness and skills to avoid burnout.
